7-Days Trip: "On the Sun trail of the nomads"

Within 7 days you have the possibility to visit the highlights of Mongolia.

• Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar
  Morning arrival in Ulaanbaatar, transfer to Ger Camp, 5 km south of the capital. Afternoon City tour. Dinner and first night in the yurt.
• Day 2: Flight to the Gobi desert
  Flight to the Gobi desert, short drive to the "Vulture Valley" Yoliin Am in the National park Gurwan Saikhan, hiking, visit of the Gobi-Museum, drive to the "Flaming Cliffs" of Bayanzag,. Picnic at Dune of the Molzog Els, visiting a camel breeding family and camel riding. Overnight in camp.
• Day 3: Temple Ongiin Khiid
  To the north, in the afternoon we reach the yurt camp in the ruins of the temple Ongiin Khiid. After dinner we go for a walk
• Day 4: Provincial town Arvaikheer
  Today we follow the river Ongiin Gol in direction north-west. On the way we visit nomadic families. In late afternoon we reach the provincial town Arvaikheer, visit of the city market, overnight stay in a hotel.
• Day 5: Karakorum
  Continuation of our journey to Karakorum, the capital city of Chinggis Khan Empire of the 13th Century. In the late afternoon visitation of the Erdene Zuu temple, overnight in yurt camp.
• Day 6: Ulaanbaatar
  We finish our trip on the Sun Trail of Nomads back to Ulaanbaatar, afternoon shopping, in the evening farewell dinner with folklore concert. Overnight at hotel.
•  Day 7: Departure
  Transfer to the airport, departure.
